Windows Download

We recommend v2rayN for Windows — the most popular V2Ray/Xray GUI client, bundling Xray, sing-box, mihomo, and other major cores. It supports one-click subscription imports, QR code scanning for adding nodes, batch latency testing, and custom routing rules — easy enough for beginners.

macOS Download

v2rayN has natively supported macOS since version 6.x, running on both Intel and Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) chips, with a menu bar quick switcher, subscription management, and node speed testing. Pick the right build for your chip — the two aren't interchangeable, and using the wrong one will prevent the app from launching.

Linux Download

v2rayN also ships a native Linux build, packaged as .deb (Ubuntu/Debian) and .rpm (Fedora/RHEL) installers covering both x64 and ARM64, whether you're running a desktop distro or a headless server. Pair it with TUN mode for transparent global proxying.

Android Download

We recommend v2rayNG, the most widely used V2Ray/Xray client on Android, with subscription management, per-app proxying, and traffic stats. v2flyNG is a mirror build maintained by the same developer with identical functionality — handy if the primary download is slow, or you simply prefer a mirror.

Not sure which architecture to pick? The vast majority of phones released after 2018 use arm64-v8a. If installation fails or you're unsure of your device model, download the universal build instead.

What's the difference between v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG?

v2rayN is the desktop client for Windows/macOS/Linux; v2rayNG is the Android client; v2flyNG shares the exact same codebase as v2rayNG, just with a different package name and bundled core. All three are maintained by the same developer, 2dust, and work almost identically — just pick the one for your device.

What's the difference between the Desktop build and the WPF build on Windows, and which one should I pick?

Both are official releases with identical features — the only difference is the UI framework. The Desktop build is based on the cross-platform Avalonia UI toolkit and is now the primary release, with a more modern interface and priority for new features. The WPF build is the classic Windows-only interface, and its main advantage is a slightly smaller runtime footprint. If you're unsure, go with the Desktop build — you can switch between the two anytime, since they share the same configuration files.

What if macOS says "the app is damaged and can't be opened"?

This happens because the installer isn't signed by Apple — it's completely normal and not a virus. Open Terminal and run xattr -cr /Applications/v2rayN.app to clear the quarantine flag, then reopen the app.
